Employee Self Service sends a clear message to employees that there are now things that they are going to have to do for themselves. In contrast, offering staff Direct Access to the payroll system is a much more positive message!
Our Employee Self Service kiosk will increase the efficiency of your organisation by allowing staff to do more for themselves. We have also designed it so that it is simple to navigate and can be utilised effectively by employees without training, even with poor computer literacy. Most payroll and HR related enquires can be resolved at the employee or line manager level, meaning less work for the payroll department.
Note that Datacom Direct Access requires no extensions to standard browsers (all the usual browser types are supported) and it reformats automatically when used on a mobile device for maximum usability.
Datacom Direct Access provides several views for maximum usability. These are Employee Direct Access, Manager Direct Access and Admin Direct Access.
Datacom’s employee self-service can be used to store and manage all sorts of information about your employee and this includes uploaded documents such as employment agreements and job descriptions. We offer a growing number of additional modules that can extend the functionality of Datacom Direct Access.
